Luke Tracy has tried being vegan and vegetarian but has now settled for the middle path: meat reducer.
New research shows he’s not alone, with almost one in five Australians who took part in a University of Adelaide survey making a conscious effort to reduce their consumption of meat for health and environmental reasons.

“It’s an individual choice,” the 44-year-old said.
“You have to eat what suits your body and a largely organic, seasonal diet with an occasional serve of quality, organic meat is best for me.”
