Sarah Till holds a bunch of sea holly, which makes a good dried flower.
When she lived in inner city London, there were flowers in Sarah Till’s life, if only a few pots out on the patio. “They were so important to me,” recalls Till, who in those days would rush home from her office job to water her precious flowers in summer. “We’d sit outside and have a drink and just enjoy those little pots.” Today, Till has an entire flower farm. On part of a 20-acre block near Hastings, she grows more than she can count and through her business, My Flower Cart, supplies shops and florists, makes bouquets to order and runs floral workshops.
