Former Medford resident Jon Rumley has made it his mission to turn previously abandoned property into a place where residents can live in the future.
The two-story house, located at 62 Englehutt Road in Medford, was condemned by the city over a year ago. However, Rumley said the property has been neglected for around 30 years.
“The most satisfying part about it is just taking a house that’s been neglected for 30 years and just kind of putting life back into it, and saving it from being torn down,” said Rumley.
