And some folks that live behind Flour Bluff High School say they re getting it the worst. The ditch behind the school fills up and then it overflows into the neighbors and my house filling up the backyards and in some cases the garages, Flour Bluff resident Mingo Molina said.

Auckland homeowners can expect a bombshell rise in their council valuations when city-wide revaluations are released later this year, a property lawyer says.
City house prices have soared 35 per cent since the last valuations in 2017, with Auckland Council revealing it now expects to issue new valuations – officially known as capital values or CVs – this October.

Blaming bad builders for a menu of leaky house problems has left a foul taste in the mouths of aggrieved homeowners, a court heard today.
About 1000 homeowners are involved in the $220 million class action lawsuit against Australian building materials company James Hardie.
