The former Millman s coach depot on Green Lane in Padgate CONSTRUCTION work on a new housing development will begin next month. A total of 31 homes are planned on the site of the former Millman s coach depot, off Green Lane in Padgate. Planning permission for the scheme was originally granted by Warrington Borough Council in 2017, while amended proposals were also recently given the go ahead. And builders are set to move onto the plot, which borders Padgate Station, during April. Praya Homes Ltd will be responsible for the construction of the units, which will be acquired by Jigsaw Housing Group Ltd upon completion of the scheme.
