The Ecovacs T8 AIVI has a diameter of about 13.75 inches and a height of 3.5 inches. The robot has two rotating side brushes that feed the 6.25-inch main brush located under the unit.
The AIVI refers to the vac s ability to detect and avoid objects with its camera. The camera also helps map your home, which allows you to set up virtual boundaries for things like stairs, and targeted room cleaning.
There are four levels of suction: Quiet, Standard, Max, and Max+. When the vacuum detects carpeting, it automatically boosts the suction to its highest levels to get deep into the fibers. The vacuum s manufacturer-reported runtime is three hours on quiet mode which is accurate in my experience.
