RIO Ferdinand has praised his wife Kate for making him a “better man” following the death of his first wife Rebecca.
The former footballer met the ex Towie star shortly after Rebecca lost her battle to cancer at the age of 34 in 2015 and they have since gone on to get married and have a child together.

Just two years later he also lost his mum Janice, age 58, to cancer and he reached a very low point, which Kate helped him get out of.

THE Towie cast have been left heartbroken following the death of Harry Derbidge’s ex Rhys Alan Smith.
Rhys - who has been at the centre of a recent storyline with Bobby Norris and Harry - was tragically found dead in Tenerife, where he lives, last week.

He was close friends with numerous cast members, in particular Gemma Collins and James Argent.
Sharing her devastation, Gemma commented on his last picture: “My heart will never be the same I won’t ever be the same love you Reece ❤️.”
