Afrique du Sud : Zuma se rend à la police Drissi Malik Créé le 7 يوليوز 2021 L ex-président sud-africain, Jacob Zuma, s’est officiellement rendu, mercredi soir, à la police pour purger une peine de 15 mois de prison ferme pour outrage à la justice, a annoncé la porte-parole du ministère de la Police, Lirandzu Themba. +A -A « Zuma a été placé sous la garde du Service de la police (SAPS) conformément à l’ordonnance de la Cour constitutionnelle », a déclaré Themba. Pour sa part, le porte-parole national du SAPS, Vish Naidoo, a confirmé que « l’ancien président a été placé en garde à vue bien avant la date limite de mercredi à minuit », précisant que M. Zuma devrait maintenant être transféré dans un centre pénitencier sous la garde des services correctionnels.
