The Act s AnnaSophia Robb,

Of how the film was conceived, Azimov says: Goodnight Darling is based on a deep fear I developed in my youth when my parents would come home from a night out. As they came into my room to say good night, I often imagined that it was two imposters disguised as them. I pictured someone wearing a mask, or a second skin, in order to take over their lives. and mine. It was terrifying. I later realized that it represented an unspoken and deeper fear that many children face - that my parents weren t the perfect people I grew up thinking they were.

In an unexpected move, Netflix commissioned iconic director Robert Rodriguez to kickstart a brand new kids movie for this holiday season. The streaming giant’s new film, We Can Be Heroes, follows a group of superpowered children with superhero parents who have to save the day when the tables are turned on them and their loved-ones. While the entertaining adventure movie was exciting and memorable in its own right, it has been made even more meaningful by being inserted into Rodriguez’ own “Rodriguez-verse”.

The big question, though, is are they ready for this challenge and can they work together to get the better of the aliens and res
