A family in Scott is looking for their 12-year-old daughter who is missing.
Fallon Benoit went missing from her front yard on Wednesday night between 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm. The family resides off of West Willow.
Her mother tells me that she does not believe Fallon ran away, but fears that she may have been abducted from their yard.
Fallon is described as a white female who is 4’11” with long auburn hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

Scott Police Looking For Missing Juvenile
Scott Police Chief Chad Leger says, via press release, that they are looking for 12-year-old Fallon Benoit.
The Chief says that the young woman was last seen at her home on West Willow at around 9 o clock last night.

UPDATE: Fallon Benoit has been located and is now home and safe.
Scott Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Fallon Benoit was last seen at 9:00 p.m. at her residence on W. Willow in Scott. She is 12 years old with long auburn hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
It is unknown if Fallon was on foot or was picked up, according to police. Her direction of travel is also unknown but family members state she may be in the Lafayette area.
