CSP said the crash happened on U.S. 50 at Swallows Road in Pueblo West.
Lisel Weidenborner was pronounced dead at the scene. She was 39, according to Pueblo County Coroner Brian Cotter.
The patrol said a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Weidenborner was turning westbound from the highway onto Swallows Road and pulled out in front of a 2009 Ford F-350 traveling east.
The F-350 crashed into the side of the Chrysler, causing both vehicles to go off the highway s eastbound shoulder.
