Caesars Entertainment has completed the sale of Eldorado Resort s Casino Shreveport in the US to Bally’s Corporation. The sale, for $140m, satisfied the US Federal Trade Commission’s request to divest the asset in connection with the Caesars-Eldorado transaction that closed earlier in the year. Caesars acquired the Shreveport location 15 years go. Caesars is the largest casino entertainment company in the US after 63 years in business, now operating the Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe and Eldorado brands.
