It is with heavy hearts, that we share the passing of Celia Lynn Frahm Brophy. On December 20th, 2020, in the comfort of her home, Celia passed away peacefully with her loving family gathered at her side. Celia was born January 12, 1963, in Livermore, California to Barbara Marie Schmidt Frahm and the late Author Lee Frahm. After relocating several times, Celia’s family settled in Turlock, California in the spring of 1972 when Celia was 9 years old. As a child, Celia attended Central Elementary School in Tracy, Chatom Elementary School in Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School in 1981. While in high school, Celia enjoyed being a mat-maid and gymnast. Celia was a long-time member of Saint Francis Episcopal Church in Turlock
