Taste of Sicily in Palmyra is among the restaurants that received closure notices Jan. 11-17 from the Pa. Department of Agriculture. Community members and elected officials attended a protest in June in support of the restaurant which has been defying Gov. Tom Wolf s COVID mitigation orders.

More than a dozen Pennsylvania restaurants received closure notices in the past week for not following the state’s COVID-19 mitigation orders.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced today 15 restaurants disobeyed Gov. Tom Wolf’s pandemic protocols. The inspections took place Jan. 11-17.
