Officers were called just after 6:30 p.m. to after a shooting in the 5800 block of Willow Branch Drive, near West Sublett Road. Minutes later, a major crash was reported a block away in the 5800 block of Twin Willows Drive. Police said a man at the crash site had apparent gunshot wounds and was taken to a hospital, where he died. He was identified as 36-year-old Yonah Otieno.
