Margaret Evelyn Miller, 96, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died March 10, 2021 at her home. She was born January 20, 1925 in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Joseph Merle Doty and Margaret Ann Kocsis Doty. Margaret graduated from St. Clairsville High School and the Ruth Brant School of Nursing. She was a retired registered Nurse from Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling where she worked in the Operating Room. She was a memberof First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville where she served as Deacon and Elder. She was a member of the Bridgeport Chapter #181, Order of Eastern Star; a member of Wheeling Women’s Club and the Thursday Music Club in Wheeling.

East Kent Hospitals Trust, which is at the centre of a baby death scandal, was awarded millions of pounds following the self-assessments in which bosses claimed to have achieved all safety actions at the maternity units at Margate s QEQM and the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. A2070 blocked in Ashford after lorries crash  |  A road was blocked following a two-lorry crash near a hospital. Traffic is easing on Kennington Road in Ashford following the incident near the William Harvey Hospital. The lorries collided on Kennington Road. Photo: Google Street View The crash blocked the road at the junction with Blackwall Road North. Thankfully, no injuries were reported and the road has now reopened. A police spokesman said: We received a report of a collision between two lorries on the Kennington Road, Willesborough, Ashford at 2.40pm. Officers attended and assisted with traffic management. No injuries were reported.
