A GIANT stiletto art installation is on show for another two weeks as part of a summer commission.
Brighton Centre for Contemporary Art s annual summer commission of public artworks outside its gallery has been on show since June 18 and will be available to view until July 30. The inaugural commission is titled Arch and is presented by Brazilian artist Alexandre da Cunha and acts as a warm up to his gallery that is opening on August 6. The giant stiletto installation is said to represent a process of artistic experimentation as it shows the artist s tendency to manipulate found materials and everyday objects to show the beauty he finds in their form and function.
