London-based premium factual programming producer-distributor Parade Media is to distribute globally Derelict Rescue by Air TV.
Derelict Rescue is new ten-part series following Britain’s most ambitious home builders as they take on some of the country’s most rundown abandoned buildings. From crumbling railways stations to abandoned RAF bases, disused lighthouses to imposing water towers, across Britain dozens of enthusiastic self-builders with ambition, skill and passion are hard at work turning unloved and neglected relics of history into unique family homes.
Derelict Rescue is produced by UK indie Air TV for Discovery’s HGTV and discovery+. The series will deliver late in 2021 and be distributed globally by Parade Media.

The 8 x 60-minute series
Sun, Sea & Obesity follows a group of British guests as they travel to a holiday resort in Antigua to experience a “judgment free vacation” and accept their bodies with the help of specialist staff.
Derelict Rescue, meanwhile, (pictured) is a 10 x 60-minute series following families in the UK as they turn rundown buildings into beautiful homes.
Clare Laycock SVP and head of lifestyle and entertainment brands at Discovery UK and Ireland ordered the programs, which were commissioned by Charlotte Reid, head of commissioning for lifestyle and entertainment at Discovery UK. Deirdre Dowling is commissioning executive for Quest Red and HGTV.
