日前好心肝診所完整政風報告限閱30分鐘，引起外界熱議。對此，台北市議員邱威傑（呱吉）昨（28）日在臉書發文表示，經過政風處的幫忙，現在市議員可以有更多時間去詳閱這份文件，不再受到30分鐘的限制。不過他仍質疑北市府曾說觀看限制，是基於偵查不公開，但他與北檢溝通過後，對方表示無法直接告訴他是否有「拒絕提供」這件事。

邱威傑指出，過去一週間，市府針對為何不能提供這份報告，提出數種說法，包括偵查不公開、密件說、和民90年內政部函示與釋憲案。每次說法的邏輯未必能彼此相通，但結論都是透過資訊上的不對等限縮市議員監督的權力，「而市府事後不斷更改限制閱覽報告的理由，都是對於這個藉口沒有把�
