Update: It seems like the mining algorithm used here wasn t Ethereum but Octopus which is a different cryptocurrency coin and based on an algorithm that NVIDIA might not have limited its hash rate for yet. So as of right now, the hash rate limiter remains in place but if other crypto-currencies can give out similar profits as ETH, then that doesn t stop miners from consuming the card for mining purposes.

In a bid to collect due tax from foreign service providers, Vietnamese authorities are requiring banks and payment intermediary service companies to withhold and pay tax from the accounts of e-commerce foreign contractors who do not register as a taxpayer in Vietnam, raising concerns over overload and risky transactions at local lenders.
The direction was set forth in a draft circular to guide the implementation of Decree 126, which provides guidance for the application of the Law on Tax Administration.

Information making the rounds on Vietnamese Facebook networks tells the story of one such individual who wanted to bring home a PS5 and had to deceive his wife. He has reportedly installed the console as a 5G Wi-Fi router in his house. According to the report by Gizmochina, “The man is said to have instructed the guy from Sony who was going to install the console to dress up in the uniform of a local network service provider. They didn’t stop there, a sticker of the network’s after-sales service contact was pasted on the side of the PS5 to further douse any suspicion the wife might have”.
