Vietjet recently celebrated the Vietnamese National Day with increased services, flying some 1,501 flights and carrying nearly 260,000 passengers as well as new route announcements for the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) – Jakarta (Indonesia) and Hanoi – Yangon (Myanmar) routes. On this special occasion, the number of passengers carried increased by 27% against the same period last year with on-time performance standing at 88.3%. Vietjet also deployed supplementary staff in its Technical department, Flight Operation, Ground Operation departments etc. to offer passengers the best services.
