The chaos of last spring brought big change and opportunity for The Spot, according to General Manager Frank Richardson.
It was about a year ago that restaurants were forced to close indoor dining by order of the governor, causing uncertainty in the restaurant trade. So it was for the staff of The Spot in Winchester center.
But just a few weeks later in April, the shuttered eatery formerly called BTW was rebranded and reopened as The Spot, according to Richardson, who started his job in September.
“We came back in the middle of a pandemic, even hired new kitchen staff,” he said.
