Frederic Billings Snow Owen of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and Bridgehampton died on March 14 in Ponte Vedra. He was 91. He was born May 20, 1929 in Brooklyn, the son of Anita Snow Owen and William Benedict Owen. Mr. Owen began working at age 16 for The First Boston Corporation in New York City, and stayed there for 34 years, having risen from a back office employee to managing director. Frederick “Fred” J. Marcincuk of Southampton died on March 17. He was 80. Mr. Marcincuk was a pharmacist at Southampton Hospital for 25 years, a 60-year member of Southampton Golf Club, loved going on family vacations, and spending time in his garden.
