Potenza denies reports of resignation but is evaluating his future

Floriana coach Enzo Potenza has officially resigned from his post at the club. Potenza had denied earlier reports that he has handed in his resignation as Floriana FC coach, insisting that there is an agreement between the two parties to use the winter break as a period of reflection after a shaky start to the season. Contacted by the Times of Malta, Potenza had said that after considering the team’s situation, they will take “a break to reflect”. However, just hours later, it appears that the club has made its decision and has accepted Potenza’s resignation and will be now looking towards finding his replacement.
