(KWNO)- Winona Health will hold its first walk-in vaccination clinic for people ages 65 and older this week.
President/CEO Rachelle Schultz told KWNO Monday that it’s become easier to invite eligible recipients in instead of tracking them down.
“People have been able to get the vaccine so it’s not terribly efficient to be doing these waitlists any longer,” Shultz said. “This is why we’re opening it up and just saying if you’re 65 and older, we’ve appreciated everybody putting their names on waitlists, but at this point, it just seems a lot easier for folks to come in and get it.”
