After tornado warnings were declared for Winona County Tuesday night, The National Weather Service in La Crosse spent Wednesday surveying the damage in the county to confirm whether or not a tornado had actually touched down.
The city of Winona hosted its annual memorial event for area law enforcement, as part of its annual Winona Law Enforcement Memorial Day on Wednesday, May 15.
