As per the report, the man suspected his wife to be a police informer and thereby was on the way to kill her. However, the cops arrested him on his way to his wife s Bhayander home in Mumbai.    The thief identified as Vinod Padvi was missing since 2019 after murdering an elderly woman Manisha Dhombal on December 27, 2019, in Virar.
