Just over a year ago, prompted by the COVID-19 struggles facing families in her neighborhood, Rhiannon Menn founded an organization called Lasagna Love. She and others began delivering lasagna dinners to families hard hit by the pandemic. Thanks mostly to word of mouth, Lasagna Love started to take hold.
