The Rutgers–Camden Center for the Arts will host a free Zoom presentation of “Three Kings Day: Holiday Dances From Around the Spanish World,” a magical holiday tradition performed by the Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre. Registration is required.
The free performance, which continues a Rutgers–Camden tradition for the fourth consecutive year, will be broadcast from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10.
Viewers will be captivated by the performances of folkloric dances from Spain and swirling dances from Mexico and Ecuador.
“This experience is being offered free of charge as our thank you for the years of support we have received for our programs,” says Miranda Powell, arts education and community arts program assistant for the Rutgers–Camden Center for the Arts, who will offer an introduction prior to the performance. “It’s also a tribute to teachers for what they do for their students every day, especially during this difficult year.”
