New Delhi, Mar 16: In the West Bengal assembly elections 2021, the BJP is expected to give a tough fight, but 42 per cent said that the TMC will continue to rule the state, according to the ABP CVoter Opinion Poll 2021.
43 per cent of the respondents said that they would vote for the Mamata Banerjee led TMC. The opinion poll says that the the TMC would get 150 to 160 seats. The BJP on the other hand would improve its performance compared to 2016 and could end up. With 98 to 114 seats.

New Delhi, Mar 16: The ABP CVoter opinion poll 2021 says that the DMK is expected to come to power this time. This means that there is bad news ahead for the AIADMK-BJP combine in the Tamil Nadu Elections 2021.
The report said that the voters mood appears to be inclined towards the DMK and over 40 per cent prefer M K Stalin as the next chief minister of the state. Palaniswami was preferred by 29.7 per cent.
The voters found the performance of the AIADMK government average and around 48 per cent were angry with the current administration. The report says that the AIADMK-BJP and others are expected to win 53-63 seats, while the DMK and its allies would win 161-169 seats, with a vote share of little over 43 per cent. The AIADMK alliance would on the other hand is expected to bag a vote share of 30.6 per cent.
Beijing says it will issue visas in India, but adds a vaccine clause

New Delhi, Mar 16: China will begin issuing visas to foreigners, but only after they have taken a Chinese made COVID-19, a statement by the Chinese foreign embassy in New Delhi said.
The statement suggests that the Chinese vaccine rule was applicable for people intending to travel to China for business, work or meet relatives.
The Chinese embassy statement did not specify whether the easing of the process applies to students.
The new rule would make it difficult for Indians to get visas as New Delhi has not approved the use of the China made vaccine in the country. There are no direct flights between the two countries at present.
FIR lodged against woman who accused Zomato delivery boy of assault

Bengaluru, Mar 16: A food delivery boy, recently arrested for assaulting a woman customer, on Monday filed a counter-complaint with the Electronics City police, accusing her of wrongful restraint and slippering and abusing him.
Hitesha Chandranee, who describes herself as a beauty and fashion influencer on Instagram and residing in Electronics City, had accused Kamaraj, 35, working with Zomato as a delivery boy, of assaulting her last Tuesday.
Kamaraj had been arrested and is now out on bail. Police have registered an FIR against Hitesha.
Kamaraj approached the police on Monday afternoon and was asked to give a written complaint. He told police that Hitesha was angry over the delay in the delivery of her order. She tried registering a complaint with the call centre and asking for free food.
