During National Volunteer Week, Monarch Landing senior living community had a large number of residents to recognize for their efforts. Among the generous group of volunteers were three noted for the assistance provided to their fellow residents and staff during the year of COVID-19.
Ron Sellberg was honored for his work with Monarch Landing s in-house television station, MLTV. Much of the senior living community s entertainment and programming during COVID was shared with residents via MLTV. Ron has worked on the TV crew since 2009, with responsibilities including recording, editing and posting videos and documenting editing procedures. Suffolk begins building Keybay at Moorings Park Grande Lake

Suffolk recently began construction of KeyBay at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest luxury Life Plan Community.
Moorings Park Grande Lake is a partnership between Moorings Park and luxury custom homebuilder and developer London Bay Development Group. The architect is BSSW Architects.
“We are excited to continue our partnership with two valued clients, London Bay Development Group who is a premier luxury residential developer, and Moorings Park, the leader in the senior living market,” said Josh Christensen, general manager of Suffolk’s Florida Gulf Coast region.
KeyBay includes 22 residences featuring 20 Brook model floor plans and two 7th floor penthouses, one of which is already sold. Residences range in size from 2,210 square feet to 3,230 square feet.
