VALRICO â At first, the symptoms just seemed like hemorrhoids.
Stephanie Luke was a healthy 38-year-old, so she chalked up the blood in her stools to rectal inflammation. But after a month, at the end of November, she underwent a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with stage II colorectal cancer â a progression of the disease into nearby tissues.

VALRICO, Fla. - Nearly one month after a one-year-old was abducted from a Valrico neighborhood – and quickly reunited with her family – deputies say they found the suspect involved.
Sheriff Chad Chronister announced Wednesday they arrested 26-year-old Rashad Mann on kidnapping charges.
On Feb. 16, the 13-month-girl was sleeping in the back of her family’s SUV when Mann entered the unlocked vehicle, which was running, and drove away with her inside.

It prompted a statewide AMBER Alert.

TAMPA Hillsborough Sheriff s deputies announce an arrest in a kidnapping that turned into a desperate search for a missing child, one month ago today (Feb 16), in Valrico.
Sheriff Chad Chronister says deputies got tips and began surveilling a car in connection with neighborhood burglaries. They spotted 26 year old Rashad Mann and another man named Anthony Gaskin, and arrested them in connection with six breakins.
A little more digging and DNA tied Mann to the kidnapping of one year old Tinnley West. Mann is a convicted felon who s been arrested 18 times, according to Chronister. He now faces 13 charges in connection with the kidnapping and the burlgaries.
