The C felony will appear as a Class A misdemeanor on his record if he successfully completes probation. Judge Gary Lee ordered Grimm to pay restitution of $1,136.90, court costs, and to have no contact with the victim. Grimm had also been charged in Berthold Municipal Court with Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and Class B misdemeanor hindering law enforcement. All of those charges will be dismissed under the terms of a plea deal.
