Noah Grimm sentenced for helping teen co-defendant beat up a 17-year-old at Berthold Cenex a year ago | News, Sports, Jobs

ajohnson@minotdailynews.com Noah Cole Grimm, 19, was sentenced on Thursday to 360 days in the Ward County Jail, all suspended but 30 days, and 360 days supervised probation for physically assaulting and tasing a 17-year-old boy at the Berthold Cenex on May 21, 2020. The C felony will appear as a Class A misdemeanor on his record if he successfully completes probation. Judge Gary Lee ordered Grimm to pay restitution of $1,136.90, court costs, and to have no contact with the victim. Grimm had also been charged in Berthold Municipal Court with Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and Class B misdemeanor hindering law enforcement. All of those charges will be dismissed under the terms of a plea deal.
