Callum Reynolds-Rolfe, 20, pleaded guilty at the magistrates’ court in June to two non-dwelling burglaries and attempting to break into homes in Herschel Crescent and Oxford Road, Littlemore. He had been due before Oxford Crown Court this week for sentence. But Judge Ian Pringle QC told Reynolds-Rolfe on Tuesday that due to issues with his solicitors being able to access the case papers, he would put the matter back for six weeks and order a pre-sentence report.

Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. Stuart Ian FORSYTH, 51, of Warren Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to the production of cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. Community order made for 12 months to include eight rehabilitation activity days. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge. SCOTT PAUL MILLARD, 34, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court. LYNNE KENYON, 53, of Weston Grove Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and fined £100 compensation. Also ordered to pay court costs of £300. CIARAN JOHN BRACKEN, 23, of White Knights, Barton-on-Sea. Pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating, one count of assaulting an emergency worker and three counts of criminal damage. Community order made and ordered to pay £274 compensation. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. ISMAEL RAMADAN SALEH, 30, Marina Gardens, Bristol. Pleaded guilty to driving in Southampton without insurance and without a licence. Fined £80 and driving record endorsed with six points. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.
