Gloomy again today, but not as soggy as yesterday. We will see cloudy skies today with areas of fog and drizzle. A few showers are possible through the day. Highs will try to reach to near 40 with NW winds at 10 to 15 and gusts to 25 mph. Some sleet or snow could mix in with the spotty showers tonight.
Scattered wintry mix showers are possible on Tuesday, but little to no accumulation is expected. The best chance will be on the Eastern Shore. Highs will reach the upper 30s tomorrow and it will be windy with NW winds 10 to 20 and gusts to 30 mph.

Meteorologist Myles Hendersonâs First Warning Forecast Wind Advisory until 6 pm for the Eastern Shore, Hampton, Poquoson, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Currituck, Dare.
Clouds will continue to clear out through midday with mostly sunny skies this afternoon. Strong north to northwest winds at 15 to 25 with gusts to 40 mph will continue through the day. Temperatures will only reach the upper 30s, but it will feel more like the upper 20s. Expect a clear, cold, and windy night.
Friday will be sunny but cold and still windy. Temperatures will start in the 20s Friday morning, but it will feel like the teens with the NW winds at 10 to 20 and gusts to 30 mph. Highs will only reach the mid 30s, but it will feel more like the upper 20s.

First Warning Forecast Winter Weather Advisory from Midnight to 9 AM Thursday including the south side and northeast North Carolina.
Rain to snow is likely overnight into Thursday morning. It s one of two chances with the second chance for snow later this weekend on Sunday.
Right now, partly sunny with highs in the mid/upper 40s today. Tonight, expect scattered rain to change over to wintry mix around midnight then snow showers during the predawn hours. A trace to 1 is possible for the peninsulas and coastal areas. 1-2 inches with isolated higher amounts on the south side and parts of North Carolina. Use caution and be mindful of icy roads that may not be treated.

Showers will continue to taper off this morning to midday, but clouds will stick around. Highs will reach the mid 50s today, about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. Expect partly cloudy skies tonight with low in the low to mid 40s.
We will see a mix of clouds on Wednesday, but most of the day will be dry. Highs will drop to near 50. Rain will move in Wednesday night. The rain could chance over to snow Thursday morning as temperatures drop into the low 30s. Precipitation and clouds will clear out by midday Thursday. Winds will crank up on Thursday, NNW at 15 to 25 with gusts to 40 mph.
