Jenny Becker and Executive Chef Erik Kleven, co-owners of Bleu Duck Kitchen (14 4th St. SW in Rochester), have been ahead of the dining curve since they first opened five years ago.
While the past year with COVID and the lockdowns presented almost overwhelming challenges, they have managed to move forward by offering a creative menu, safe and distanced dining areas, and thinking out of the box.
