11:22 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of two people arguing on Condazian Street. The adult female resident was outside her home when a vehicle pulled up. Prior to the incident, she someone turned in a lost cell phone to her place of work in Coolidge Square in Watertown. She took the phone home with her. The owner of the phone tracked it to her residence using Find My Iphone. When the car pulled up, she figured it was the owner of the phone and went out to greet him and give him the phone. As she went to give him the phone, the 26-year-old male from Melrose pushed her and spit in her face. He believed she intentionally took the phone. He was summoned to court for one count of assault and battery.
