200 block of Abbeyfeale Road - A woman sleeping in a vehicle was holding a crack pipe. A felony warrant was prepared for the 43-year-old woman. Drug paraphernalia and suspected crack cocaine was found in the vehicle. Alprazolam was found in her purse at the jail. She also had an active warrant out of the Richland County Sheriff s Office.
Florence Avenue - A man reported hearing shots fired.
1000 block of Walker Street - A woman said her boyfriend woke her up he and began to yell at her about relationship issues. He then fled the area taking her father s cell phone. She said he has threatened physical harm multiple times over the past month to her if they are separated. She refused to sign a domestic violence affidavit.
The Lenox VFW announces a Memorial Day wave parade honoring fallen service members at noon Monday, May 31.
Vehicles will line up on Main Street and the parade will start south on Walker Street continuing to Church, Housatonic, Crystal, right onto Walker, to East Street, Delafield Drive, Pine Knoll Road, back onto East Street, to New Lenox Road, Route 20, and Main Street.
Observers should follow COVID-19 protocols.

37-year-old Travis Montray Roseboro of Walker Street in Morganton was arrested Wednesday (May 19) by Morganton Public Safety Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in opium or heroin, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
On Wednesday, Public Safety Officers and Investigators served a search warrant at an address on Walker Street in Morganton following a lengthy drug investigation. After officers secured the residence, they conducted a search, which reportedly resulted in the discovery of 90 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of pills, four firearms, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

“It was a scary time, not knowing how we would sustain such a blow as well as being able to take care of our staff while trying to keep the doors open,” said General Manager Lisa Cisneros, the eldest daughter of owner Angela Cesario. “We immediately cut down on our staff, putting them on leave, hoping to just be able to have the family and a few key employees [in order] to help cut costs while anticipating a huge drop in sales. But [we] had to call them all back within the first few days once we realized the demand was still here.”
