The Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) in its
Islamic Fund and Wealth Management Blueprint
(“Blueprint”) launched in 2017, had outlined their plan
and recommendations to counter impediments to growth and innovation
for financial development. The Blueprint had identified the
