THE Oriana is DMCI Homes’ second residential property along Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City. COMPANY HANDOUT
DMCI PROJECT DEVELOPERS, Inc. (DMCI Homes) is investing P10.5 billion to build a two-tower residential condominium in Quezon City.
The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. is building The Oriana, its second residential property along Aurora Boulevard.
“We launched The Oriana in response to the demand for homes in communities where schools, work places, supermarkets, healthcare institutions, leisure zones and transportation networks are all within walking distance,” DMCI Homes Vice-President for Project Development Dennis Yap said in a press release.
“Even before the pandemic, there has been a big demand for homes and rental properties in transit-oriented communities. More so now with people putting a premium on their health and well-being because of the health crisis,” he added.

DMCI Homes, the residential development unit of DMCI Holdings, is investing over P10.5 billion to build a two-tower residential condominium development along Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City.
Called The Oriana, the project is intended to attract both end-users and investors looking to be part of a vibrant Quezon City district with high growth prospects.
This is because of the area’s advantageous location near business centers, top universities, and existing and upcoming transportation infrastructure.
Sitting at the center of a transit-oriented community, the 9,314 square meter-property is served by public transport that includes train terminals like the Anonas and Katipunan stations of the Recto Avenue-Masinag, Antipolo LRT Line and the proposed Anonas station of the highly anticipated Metro Manila Subway system.

COMPANY HANDOUT
DMCI PROJECT Developers, Inc. (DMCI Homes) recently launched the second tower of its Allegra Garden Place condominium in Pasig City as it anticipates growing demand.
The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. launched the Soraya tower last month, with units ranging from 30 to 83 square meters (sq.m.).
DMCI Homes Vice-President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the property will likely benefit from an increase in business activities as the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas bridge connecting travel between Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and Makati is targeted to be finished this year.
“We are gearing towards recovery from the pandemic by taking advantage of the potential opportunities presented by these big-ticket infrastructure projects,” he said in a press release on Saturday.
