Assam Government s Bureaucratic Reshuffle, 20 Changes Made, Full List Here These changes are part of the series of changes that the state government has been doing in the bureaucratic positions and in Assam Police   |  20 May 2021 10:44 AM GMT Guwahati: The Personnel (Administration) Department of the Assam Government on Wednesday carried out another round of major reshuffle of IAS officers of the state. Among the 20 changes done, some have been given additional charges while some have been relieved of additional duties and some have been promoted. Here is the list of 20 officers according to the notification: 1. Paban Kumar Borthakur, IAS (RR-1989), Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development and Cultural Affairs Department is also posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Tourism Department as additional charge.
