Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, lifestyle expert Joseph Marini said Mother’s Day has special meaning this year.
“It’s a great time to honor your wife, mom, grandmother, aunt, sister…” or anyone negatively impacted by the past year, said Marini.
To the husbands and fathers out there, Marini said, “(It’s) time to roll up your sleeves and get in the kitchen… and make a nice meal.”
In a webinar presentation yesterday, Marini demonstrated how to make Dijon Roasted Leg of Lamb, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Lemon Asparagus and a homemade salad, followed by a raspberry fool for dessert.
