A university engineer who fitted a tiny camera inside a pair of shoes in order to film up women s skirts has admitted targeting more than 250 victims during a two month spree.
Richard Whyley, 32, a father of two, used a hidden GoPro camera to record almost 6,500 upskirt images during shopping trips in Worcestershire.
He also secretly filmed women getting undressed in their own homes as well as one couple having sex.
But he was finally caught when a 16-year-old girl heard a camera click from his shoe while travelling on an escalator in August 2019.

A PANICKED child sex pervert had sick images of very young children being raped and sexually abused - and distributed them to others. Michael Gould, pictured, ran from police when they raided his Bromsgrove home - but had to face justice when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court today. The 27-year-old admitted three charges of making indecent images of children and three charges of distributing them to others. The offences all occurred between April 16 and May 3 last year. In total he made (downloaded) five images at category A which are the worst kind and show children being raped and other forms of serious sexual assault.
COURT: Courts news from the Worcester News A COUNTY man will face trial over charges of making and distributing indecent images of children. 24 year-old Christopher Thorpe appeared before magistrates in Worcester to face seven charges relating to indecent images of children. The charges are as follows: One of making 255 category A images of children, another of distributing 90 category A indecent images of children, one of making 39 category B images of children, another of distributing 11 indecent images of children, one of making 86 category C indecent images of children and another of distributing six category C images of children. There is also another charge of possession of a prohibited image of a child between February and May 2020.
