Black Works Studio Hyena Shipping Next Month
Black Works Studio (BLK WKS) has announced its newest cigar Hyena will begin shipping to stores next month.
It’s yet another cigar that will follow a recent trend of Nicaraguan manufacturers working with African Cameroon wrapper, something that isn’t historically a commonplace combination. underneath the Cameroon wrapper is a Nicaraguan habano binder and Nicaraguan fillers.
It will be offered in two sizes:
Black Works Studio Corona Gorda (5 x 46) $12 (Box fo 20, $240)
Black Works Studio Lonsdale (6 1/2 x 42) $12.50 (Box of 20, $250)
Production is limited to 700 boxes of each size, both of which have a rabito cap, a shape that looks like a nipple. The company says it will be offered to stores in the U.S. and Europe.

The first and currently one of the leading distributors for Sri Lankan foodstuff in the country, Heartland General Trading Co. had its humble beginnings in Dubai 19 years ago, with just three staff members. It was established with an aim to assemble, develop and sustain a network capable of facilitating a full-fledged import and export platform for dry foodstuff across countries completely hassle-free. What began as a mission to provide for the Sri Lankan community in the United Arab Emirates has since expanded far beyond those initial boundaries.

Subramanian founded the trust Shanthi Social Services. Through the trust, he provides multiple high-quality services including medicines, petrol, scans, dialysis treatment, cremation, ambulance services and food at subsidized costs. This made lakhs of people who could not afford basic needs like food, healthcare and education access the above through the trust. The trust does not accept any donation.
However, the government has decided to honour him for his work in establishing Shanthi Gears from scratch and turned the company into a third largest player in gear industry. Known as the ‘Gear Man’ of Coimbatore, Subramanian completed his diploma in PSG Polytechnic in the 1960s and taught for a few years in the college, before establishing Shanthi Engineering and Trading Co in 1969. The company was manufacturing small gears. In 1972, he converted it into a private company called
