(Gillian Scott / Special to the Times Union)Picasa More good news for bikers and walkers the state is starting work Monday on a $757,000 project to rehabilitate the pavement on a 2.8-mile segment of the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail. The work will be between Albany s northern city line and the 4th Street trailhead and parking lot in the city of Watervliet along the Hudson River, according to the state Department of Transportation. It would provide for a smoother ride for all users of this route, part of the Empire State Trail.
