Feb 24, 2021 Phyllis G. Gray, 89, of Steubenville died Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. She was born January 19, 1932 in New Castle, PA. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Reyburn Mackenzie. Also preceding her in death are two brothers Joseph and Dr. David Mackenzie. Phyllis worked at the former Jeff Tech School as an administrative assistant for many years. She was a member of Buena Vista Methodist Church. She also was involved in the Civil Choral Society, Red Cross, YWCA and the Neighborhood House. Surviving are three sons Jeffrey (Diane) of Steubenville, Barry Gray of Pittsburgh and Bruce Gray of Ohio; two grandchildren Loren and Michael Gray.
