The Nebraska softball team closes out the 2021 season this weekend with a four-game series against the Northwestern Wildcats in Evanston, Ill. The series begins with a single game on Friday at 3 p.m, followed by a Saturday doubleheader at 1 p.m. The series finale is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Three of the four games this weekend will be televised live on the Big Ten Network. BTN will carry Friday’s opener and the second game of Saturday’s doubleheader, with Dean Linke and Elise Menaker on the call. The Big Ten Network will also televise Sunday’s game, with Connor Onion joining Menaker on the broadcast for the series finale.

For the 2021 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles football teams secured several picks in the later rounds. The Los Angeles Chargers only had one pick in the first round.
The Boltz selected the first of two offensive linemen when they drafted tackle Rashawn Slater 13
th overall. In 2019, he did not allow any sacks for the Northwestern Wildcats and was named All-Big Ten Honorable Mention.
The Rams made their first pick of the Draft in the second round, selecting Louisville wide receiver Chatarius “Tutu” Atwell 57
Tommy Togiai Shares Excitement Of Staying In Ohio With Browns
The Cleveland Browns drafted defensive tackle Tommy Togiai in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
The #Browns select DT Tommy Togiai from the Ohio State Buckeyes with the No. 132 pick.
The 21-year-old Togiai was born in Idaho but considers Ohio his second home after spending the last three seasons at Ohio State University.
Togiai played 22 career games, starting in only 7 of them, at Ohio State and had 27 solo tackles and 1 forced fumble.
When asked about how he felt about staying in Ohio, Togiai said:
“I love Ohio, and I’m just excited to go back to Ohio and get to work.”
