PORT ST. LUCIE A 43-year-old man was arrested after Port St. Lucie police reported linking him to several burglaries of vacant homes last month, the agency stated Tuesday.
Arturo Bello, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested on four counts of burglary, three counts grand theft and 10 counts petty theft in connection with the incidents.
Bello was booked in at the St. Lucie County Jail Feb. 26, and released the next day on $37,000 bond, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Police on Feb. 17 reported finding a 2014 silver Chevrolet truck stuck in the mud behind a home on Northwest Lynch Lane, which is west of Interstate 95 off Glades Cut-Off Road.
