Photo courtesy of NNU “They came to us and asked if we would be interested in partnering with them to put together a program to provide Mexican nationals with the resources to access education,” said Mark Wheeler, vice president for external relations for the Nampa-based, private, sectarian university. Opening the window The Mexican Consulate has a number of similar initiatives, called “windows.” This one is called Windows of Education. Thus far, 36 out of the 50 Consulates of Mexico in the United States have the same MOU, Head Consul Ricardo Gerardo Higuera said in an email message.
